Fast and simple GPU-accelerated image manipulation program

Simp is a fast and simple GPU-accelerated image manipulation program.

Goals:
- Support of as many image formats as possible.
- 60 Hz. Avoid blocking for more than 16ms.
- Flicker free redrawing.
- Smooth resizing.
- Always use GPU-acceleration where possible.
- Desktop OS support.
- Basic image manipulation.

Non Goals:
- Powerful image manipulation (I am not making the next photoshop)
- Web/Mobile platform support.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
